Medicare Advantage plans can combine the benefits of a Medicare Part C and a Prescription Drug plan. Your coverage could include hospital and medical expenses (Part A and Part B), and prescription drug coverage (Part D).
Dual Eligible Special Needs Plans are for people who receive both Medicare and Medicaid (dual eligible). Your premium depends on your level of Extra Help. You must continue to pay your Medicare Part B premium, unless it is covered through your State Medicaid program. If you receive Medicaid cost-sharing assistance, you may pay as little as nothing for medical deductibles, copayments and coinsurance.
